By purchasing a ticket to the Aspen Design Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement which releases the Organizer from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.

Hold Harmless Agreement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Aspen Design Conference, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Participant understands that the Event involves activities in outdoor and natural environments that may include hiking, walking on uneven terrain, exposure to wildlife, weather conditions, and other inherent risks. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to participation.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Aspen Design Conference, its organizers, affiliates, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents (“Organizer”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by Participant while participating in the Event, except where caused by Organizer’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorneys’ fees, incurred as a result of Participant’s actions or participation in the Event.
4. Medical Treatment
Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury or illness during the Event and agrees to be responsible for all related costs.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado.
6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
Participant certifies that they have read this Hold Harmless Agreement, fully understand its terms upon purchase of a ticket.
